The Project held a new session of the Local Entities Forum with a field visit to the Osera de Ebro - Fuentes de Ebro (Zaragoza) section, reinforcing the collaboration with the municipalities and the practical knowledge on flood risk adaptation actions.

The LIFE Ebro Resilience P1 Project includes in the actions for adaptation the recovery of riverside groves, which is already seen in the meander of La Roza, and in the environmental restoration project in the recovered area between Osera de Ebro and Fuentes de Ebro.

In the areas of the Ebro Resilience Strategy and the LIFE Ebro Resilience P1 Project, three new wetlands have been created (La Nava and La Roza, in Alfaro and Meandro de Aguilar in Fuentes de Ebro) and lobes are being developed, wetlands that reduce the energy of currents and thus erosion.
