Actions with the education sector: training for teachers and delivery of teaching materials

The training sessions include online content and interpretive descents and the materials are being delivered to teachers in the CEIP, CRA and IES of the Alfaro (La Rioja) - Castejón (Navarra) and Osera de Ebro - Fuentes de Ebro (Zaragoza) sections.

In October, the Government of Navarra, through GAN-NIK and together with the CHE, organized two conferences to inform municipal representatives and farmers of the region about the Ebro Resilience interventions in Aragón to adapt agricultural areas to floods and to assess the value of reproducing them.

Walking Rivers: LIFE Ebro Resilience Project participates in this worldwide experience

On May 11, we joined this initiative that led hundreds of people to walk the river paths in the five continents, and together with the riverside population we completed the route from the meander of El Señorío (Castejón, in Navarra) and the meander of La Roza (Alfaro, La Rioja).

Interpretative descents on the Ebro: more knowledge about the river and the Resilience actions

- This April, one of the most attractive lines of actions for strengthening social capacities and increasing knowledge about the river was launched. Journalism students from the faculties of Aragon, high school students from Alfaro and Castejón or technicians from other projects have already made interpretative descents with us.

On May 11, we invite you to join us for a day of getting closer to the rivers. On the occasion of the global initiative WalkingRivers, on May 11 we have organized a circular route that will take us from the meander of El Señorío, in Castejón, Navarra, to the meander of La Roza, in Alfaro, in La Rioja.
