The forum will take place <strong>on November 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. <\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>During the visit, we will learn about the ongoing projects at the Meander, and we will create a space to jointly evaluate possible uses for the land that has been restored as a floodplain (e.g., potential rest areas, informational signs, interpretive trails, etc.). The forum is open to anyone in the area who is interested. We want to encourage the local community to enjoy the river, the meander, and its natural surroundings.  <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ll meet in the parking lot of <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/mGfQiERPbQJp2dvGA\">Elena Restaurant<\/a> at 9:30 a.m. From there, we\u2019ll take a bus to the Meandro, where we\u2019ll begin an easy hike of about 4 km, including a stop for a discussion on future uses compatible with flooding.
